Return Policy
 
At Sterlish Jewel, we offer a 30-day return period for all unused and unworn items—completely hassle-free.
Please note, however, that this does not apply to personalised jewellery, fragrances, candles, coins, kitchenware, or religious idols, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 
Returned items undergo a quality check once received, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
 
If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer or platform, their individual return policy will apply.
 
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase (if any) will not be refunded.
 
 
 
 
 
Missing Items in Return Packages
 
If the returned parcel is found to be incomplete (for example, a claimed item is missing from the package), Sterlish Jewel reserves the right to deduct the full price (MRP) of the missing item from the refund. This policy also applies to complimentary gifts or promotional items, such as silver tokens or giveaways.
 
 
 
 
Refund Process
 
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will promptly initiate your refund via your original payment method with 2 working days, however bank may take 6-7 working days of time to reflect the amount in original source of payment.
 
 
 
 
Replacements & Exchanges
 
Prefer to swap your item for another? You can request a replacement or exchange, subject to the same terms as returns.
Please note that replacements are dispatched only after the original item has been picked up or received—this applies especially to gold jewellery.
 
 
 
 
 
How to Request a Return
 
You can raise a return request directly via our website or mobile app. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support team, and they will assist you through every step.
Once the return is booked, please ensure you are available for reverse pickup and responsive to the courier’s calls. Missed pickups may cause delays as the process will have to be reinitiated.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Areas with Limited Pickup Service
 
In rare cases, your area may be non-serviceable for reverse pickups. In such situations, we may request you to send the item via India Post or an alternate courier. We will reimburse up to Rs. 70 for the shipping charges.
If the return cost exceeds Rs. 70, the extra amount will be deducted from the final refund.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Received an Empty or Incomplete Parcel?
 
In the unlikely event that your order arrives incomplete or empty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To support your claim, a 360-degree unboxing video will be required.
If the video is unclear or the package appears tampered with, the claim may not be honoured. Sterlish Jewel reserves the right to make the final decision in such matters.
