When will my order ship?
We dispatch most orders within 48 hours, excluding personalised jewellery which may take longer. Orders with a mix of customised and ready-to-ship items may be delivered separately.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over ₹500. International shipping and returns are chargeable.

Can I return an item?
Of course! We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, non-customised items. Items like personalised jewellery, perfumes, and idols are non-returnable unless defective.

Once your order ships, tracking info will be sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

What if I received the wrong or an empty item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share a 360° unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.

How do I request a return or exchange?
You can raise a request through our website/app or contact our Customer Care team. Be available for the pickup to avoid delays.
Refund of Paid Amount
Any order illegible for the return, the amount will be refunded back to the original source of payment within 2-3 days, however the bank may take 6-7 days to reflect the amount in the original source of payment.
